Retreat Terms & Conditions
Please note, our retreats are over 18's only.
When you book your place, we will send you details via email. These emails are generated by our mailing list software. Therefore you will be added to a list for the retreat. You will NOT be added to our main mailing list (you can join it by signing up on our homepage or at checkout), and as soon as the retreat is finished, the list will be deleted. This is purely to send you retreat details.
You may choose to pay in full at booking or secure your booking with a 25% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 3 months before the retreat date. Payment details will be sent after booking is complete.
All bookings include a 25% non-refundable deposit.
If you need to cancel, cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancel more thank 4 weeks before arrival date - 25% non-refundable deposit will be lost, balance will be returned.
- Cancel 4 weeks or less before arrival date - 25% non-refundable deposit will be lost, balance will be lost unless space is filled.
We will always endeavor to fill your place if you do need to cancel.
Changes to booking
Rooms can be changed from twin to single or single to twin and changes will be made to amount due according to new room occupancy.
It is recommended that guests are covered by their own travel insurance.
The Fibre Lounge does not accept any liability for theft or damage to personal possessions; personal injuries or medical conditions that develop during or after the retreat; or any costs, cancellations or charges incurred as a result of fire, natural disaster, problems with transport, or any other events beyond our control.
